Four years ago, Global Fire was born from a desire to reimagine live-fire cooking—not just as a culinary spectacle, but as a way to honor the earth, reduce environmental impact, and celebrate the deep traditions that connect us all through food. It was a bold step forward from my previous live-fire events, known for their Asador and Argentine-inspired Asado techniques. While those roots were captivating, Global Fire set its sights on something much broader: the culinary stories of the Pacific Ring of Fire.
