COCHON555
Created in 2008 to shine a spotlight on heritage breed pigs, Cochon555 became a 20-city tour supporting family farmers and educating chefs on sustainable meat. Sold in 2016 and exited in 2019. This was the first and only chef-driven nose-to-tail chef competition with butchery demos, elevated dinners, bar and somm competitions with over 500 sponsors worldwide.
